Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy on eligible purchases.  If your items are eligible, reach out to us on messenger or by email to submit your return request.  We accept returns for a refund that are post-marked within 14 days of your purchase or within 21 days for exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.  If you are returning an item over $75.00 consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection in the event that we don’t receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your items must be unaltered, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for refund. Some may be eligible for exchanges and/or store credits, however these must be approved by management.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or undergarments.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
